Then we moved to Seated Cable Rows with Dwayne explaining my form to the group

The explanations again were fantastic! So Al and Dwayne are welcome to workout with the Tonianator at anytime LOL

Janet lecture on the good and the bad with posining. Alot of really awesome information and some things that will really polish my posing even more

Also working figure is my hero Angela Mraz. I was so engrossed into her lectures that I didn't even think to take pics during the lecture.
